Front Row Designs' privacy policy is aligned to Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the Personal Data Protection Law, “PDPL”) and Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection, as amended by Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023 (the “Consumer Protection Law”), together with current platform practices (Shopify, Stripe, Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay, Meta, Google).

1. Introduction

Front Row Designs (“Front Row,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) designs and makes occasion wear in the United Arab Emirates and sells it through frontrowdesigns.com (the “Site”) and associated channels, including WhatsApp and our social media accounts. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you hold under UAE law — principally the Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (“PDPL”).

This Policy applies to visitors, customers, newsletter subscribers, and anyone who contacts us through the Site, the contact form, WhatsApp, or our social channels. By using the Site or placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described here.

Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards recognised under the PDPL, which may include transferring data to a jurisdiction recognised by the UAE Data Office as offering an adequate level of protection, the use of standard contractual clauses or equivalent contractual safeguards, or your explicit, informed consent to the transfer.

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the Site, restricted internal access to customer data on a need-to-know basis, secure, PCI-compliant handling of payment data by Stripe, our payment gateway (we do not store full card numbers ourselves), and regular review of our third-party providers’ security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard measures and to respond promptly if an issue arises.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time without affecting your ability to place or track an order. Order confirmations, shipping updates, and other transactional communications are sent regardless of your marketing preferences, as they are necessary to fulfil your purchase.

Front Row is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
